Information for people contemplating
a career in emergency medicine and
other medical specialties

By Kevin Pezzi, MD

If you're like most men, you are probably thinking, "Yes, but that's impossible."

I used to believe that, too, and nothing I learned in medical school offered any hope that a man could increase his size without surgery (which I do not recommend because of its risk for irreparably mutilating your penis). However, I later stumbled upon a way to significantly increase size, and it had some wonderful side effects: increased sensation and libido. Intrigued by this discovery, I dug deeper and found other ways to expand size. I discussed these methods in The Science of Sex and in more detail in Advanced Enlargement, but never mentioned them on my web sites until I heard about a man who committed suicide because he was depressed about his lack of size, and another man who was suddenly dumped by his fiancée once she discovered how small he was. While these examples are extreme, even normal, well-adjusted men often wish they were better endowed.

In desperation, men eager to increase their size often resort to methods that either don't work well or are too risky. Or they might read postings on an Internet forum in which scientifically illiterate people who work in grocery stores and whatnot offer their cockamamie ideas. If you want to listen to someone who may be a high-school dropout with a room-temperature IQ, go ahead. However, if you want to learn about this topic from a doctor who graduated in the top 1% of his medical school class, read my books. Every doctor should know about this topic because it matters to many men—and women, too.
